Smoking is not allowed in any of the rooms at MGM Grand Hotel and Casino. Smoking in the room will incur a cleaning fee $500 for rooms and $1000 for suites payable directly to the hotel. Smoking is allowed in the casino area.
Cardholder funds released after checkout may take up to 7 business days to become available for guests with domestic banks and up to 30 days for guests with international banks. If you use a debit card, you acknowledge that unused funds may be subject to an additional delay before they are returned. Availability of funds after check-out are managed solely by each individual financial institution.
The Forever Grand Wedding Chapel at MGM Grand is permanently closed effective immediately. Guests are still able to hold weddings at various locations throughout the property and can contact the hotel directly to arrange.
The following mandatory hotel-imposed fees are charged and collected by the hotel either at check-in or check-out. Resort fee: $50 (Plus Tax) per room, per night Mandatory hotel-imposed fees may not include tax and are subject to change, this is an estimate of what you will be charged. The hotel can provide current fees and inclusions when you check-in.
Valet Parking Fees: Monday – Thursday $40.00 per day, Friday - Sunday $40.00 per day. The 24-hour parking fee provides guests with in-out privileges within the same parking type (self or valet) across all MGM Resorts Las Vegas destinations within the same 24-hour period (subject to availability) Cash or credit card payment. Parking may be charged to a guest’s room bill.
Self-Parking Fees: Hours Over 0-24 Hours Charges Monday - Sunday $20.00. The 24-hour parking fee provides guests with in-out privileges within the same parking type (self or valet) across all MGM Resorts Las Vegas destinations within the same 24-hour period (subject to availability). Nevada residents receive up to three hours complimentary parking with valid Nevada driver’s license at exit gate, except during special events.

Guest Names Policy - Reservations must be booked with the correct guest names. A complete name change to the lead name is considered a cancellation and will require a new reservation.

Convention Policy - Guests attending a convention at the hotel may not use this package for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be charged directly by the hotel.

Security Deposit Policy:
• A valid credit card is required to register at MGM Grand. Prior approval is required if you are paying with a company credit card. Please contact Room Reservations for details on our credit card policy and for current per night amount that will be placed on hold on your credit card or debit card.
• All reservations require a valid credit card on file at registration. Payments may be made with credit card, cash, and debit cards but credit card must remain on record for duration of stay.
• Release on authorizations or refunds of security deposits will take place within 3-10 business days of check out, dependent on the cardholder's banking institution. Releases/refunds on cards issued by a foreign banks may take longer.
• 48 hours notice required to cancel and receive refund of deposit.
