  • All guest rooms and suites in addition to interior public spaces are smoke free. Smoking will be permitted in designated outdoor areas only. Guests who violate this policy will be assessed a room cleaning fee of approximately $250 payable to the hotel.
  • A minimum fee of $16 per day for Self-Parking or $21 per day for Valet Parking per vehicle will be charged and collected by the hotel at check-in or check-out. The fee is subject to change without prior notice. The information published here is to give the client an estimate of additional fees they may be responsible for but not a guarantee of the final amount due.
  • The resort does not offer rollaway bedding in Double Queen Rooms. Rollaways offered in King Room and Suites at a rate of $20.00 per night plus tax. Limit one. Complimentary for a maximum of one crib per room with max weight capacity of 25 lbs (10.5 kg). Based on availability.
  • A minimum mandatory hotel-imposed fee of $13.44 ( $11.95 plus tax) per room, per night will be charged and collected by the hotel at check-in or check-out. Resort fee includes: wireless internet access, 2 bottles of water in guest room, Starbucks coffee in guest room, mini-fridge in guest room, laptop size safe in guest room, Sheraton Fitness Centre, most pool activities, scheduled transportation to the 4 Disney theme parks and 50% discount off Disney Golf equipment rentals.
  • Pets weighing less than 30 lbs. (13.6 kg) are welcome for a $50.00 per stay plus 7.5%. This is a non refundable cleaning fee.
